Este Ajax está haciendo historia. No sólo por las sensaciones que está dejando, siendo el equipo revelación de Europa, también en cifras y datos objetivos. Ante el Vitesse se convirtió en el equipo más goleador de la historia del fútbol holandés.

 


El Ajax necesitaba tres para superar los 158 goles del AZ Alkmaar de la temporada 1980-81, y lo consiguió en el minuto 58 gracias a un cabezazo de De Ligt. Antes, con 156, ya había superado su mejor marca como club. De momento llevan 160 y contando, ya que les quedan, al menos, cinco partidos por jugar (seis si alcanzan la final de la Champions League).


Este increíble dato lo consiguen gracias al juego colectivo, ya que sorprende la ausencia de un gran goleador. Aunque Tadic suma 34 tantos esta temporada, la mayor parte de ella la ha desempeñado en la banda y, cuando no, como falso 9 muy alejado del área.
