Arsenal could steal Man City's Joao Cancelo from Barcelona
If Barcelona cannot afford to sign Manchester City's Joao Cancelo on a long-term contract, Arsenal is allegedly prepared to make a summer raid for the full-back. The Sun claims that Barca's financial issues prevent them from agreeing to pay Man City's £40 million asking price for Cancelo. It's currently being said that the Catalan behemoths are unwilling to pay anything more than a borrowing fee.
